Appointment Cancellation
We plan on seeing you at the time scheduled. Because this time is reserved solely for you. We ask that you assume full financial responsibility for each scheduled session regardless of whether you attend it or not and regardless of the circumstances that may lead you to not attend any given session. We do understand that circumstances may arise which necessitates the cancellation of occasional appointments. In these cases, we ask that you give us no less than 48 hours notice for any appointment that you need to cancel. This will allow us the opportunity of offering your time to someone else. Sessions not cancelled with at least 48 hours advance notice will be charged as attended sessions and will not be rescheduled.
